Terms of Service
Last updated August 25, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Firebrande. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you're using Firebrande on behalf of a team or company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
What Firebrande is
Firebrande is a workspace for managing Firebase and Google Cloud projects you connect and authorize. It operates on those projects using the permissions you grant, on your instruction. Firebrande is not a replacement for Firebase or Google Cloud, does not guarantee the availability or correctness of those underlying services, and is not responsible for how Google, GitHub, or any other connected provider operates.
Accounts and teams
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- A team's owner and admins control membership and roles. Granting someone a role on your team gives them the access that role allows โ review roles before adding a member.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Plans and prices are shown on our billing page; the price configured in our payment processor, Stripe, is authoritative.
- New subscriptions include a 14-day trial. A card is required to start a trial; cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
- Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until canceled.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the in-product billing portal.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
- Some plans include usage beyond a base allowance billed separately โ this is disclosed on the billing page for the plans it applies to.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Firebrande against a Firebase or Google Cloud project you're not authorized to access.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas, or tenant isolation, or access another team's data or resources.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes on the rights of others.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service, except where the law explicitly permits it.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or its infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate access for violating this section, including limiting an account whose usage pattern indicates abuse of shared infrastructure.
Your content and data
You retain all ownership of and responsibility for the data in the Firebase and Google Cloud projects you connect ("Customer Content"), including any obligations you have to your own end users regarding that content. We access Customer Content only to perform the actions you request through the product. Connecting a project to Firebrande does not transfer any ownership of that project or its data to us.
Third-party services
Firebrande integrates with Google, GitHub, Stripe, Postmark, and other providers. Your use of those services through Firebrande is also subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of third-party services.
Service availability
Firebrande is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may perform maintenance or make changes to the service from time to time.
Termination
You can cancel your subscription and stop using Firebrande at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required to comply with the law, and we'll provide notice where practical. Disconnecting or terminating does not affect your own Firebase or Google Cloud projects, which continue to exist independently of Firebrande.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firebrande is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firebrande will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know before they take effect. Continuing to use Firebrande after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or Firebrande will be brought exclusively in the state courts located in Beverly Hills, California, or the federal courts for the Central District of California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
